Serve as the "soul of the store" in Apple Computer's retail store at Eastview Mall. Work one-on-one with often upset or confused customers with technical issues and ensure they leave the store with a smile and good experience. Provide personalized training on Apple hardware and software for ProCare customers. Perform hardware and software repairs on Apple computers and music players. Assist in sales and POS as needed. Remain up-to-date with technical knowledge and certifications of Apple products. Gather metrics for the team and create weekly reports showing how we're doing in the store and within the company.

Create training modules and help systems for both internal and external clients. Utilize Flash and screen captures to teach end users how to properly take advantage of new procedures and applications. Work with team of writers to create helpful tutorials, increase learning retention and reduce training overhead.

Rochester City School District : Rochester, NY
Macintosh Technician: 11.04-06.05
Service and support Apple Macintosh products within the Rochester City School District. Travel between all schools in the district to set up, install and troubleshoot problems with the Macintosh computers. Troubleshoot software, hardware and basic network issues. Install and test new software. Manage workgroups and users via At Ease or Macintosh Manager, depending on school setup. Perform updates as well as computer and server maintenance.

Design and maintain a successful e-commerce site for a niche ecommerce shop. Create new concepts and bring them to fruition. Manage a small team of designers and content providers to ensure goals and expectations were met. Increase visibility via online marketing and advertising. Work directly with top companies around the world such as Coca-Cola, Daimler-Chrysler, Seagrams, Disney and Universal Studios. Introduced new applications into workflow raising our abilities and cutting time and costs by 85%. Administered DI’s Macintosh computers, handled all hardware/software acquisition and training.

Completed two years of intense foundation studies in Fine Art before my major being cut. At that point I left to teach myself and seek on-the-job experience. Held 3.8 GPA while attending RIT.
